Media Encoders

The majority of live streaming providers do not provide the necessary hardware only that you need to conduct a live broadcast only the broadcasting point. Those who do, may provide expensive specialist third party equipment which cost hundreds to thousands of pounds.

Christ faith media provides both a broadcasting point -for those who may need only to hire streaming space on our Media servers and have the technical know how the hardware also. The hardware is a high specification customized computer running on Windows XP with windows media encoder.

All encoders are supplied pre-configured with your broadcasting point ready to go. All you need to do is connect to your camera or broadcasting desk via a firewire cable. (A fire wire hub can be provided if needed). A step by step instruction booklet is available.

We supply a dual core entry level system for live streaming only. For streaming and video capturing we provide a dual core Xeon system with over 140GB HD space.

Support

We will also provide a remote login service that is available to help resolve any issue that cannot be resolved by the printed manual or telephone instructions where applicable. We will call back for all telephone support.

All our hardware is supplied new with keyboard and mouse (without a monitor). We will replace the hardware within 48-72 hours where a hardware or software failure cannot be corrected by normal and appropriate means. Ministries outside of UK mainland are required to pay the appropriate freight cost.
